Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations and workflow
- Manage and mentor branch staff
- Maintain strong customer relationships and client retention
- Prepare budgets, cost control, and ensure profitability
- Drive new business development and sales activities
- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations
- Reporting to Head Office on operational and financial performance
Requirements
- Minimum: Matric / Grade 12
- Advantageous: Technical Diploma (Mechanical / Industrial Engineering, Operations, or similar)
- Experience in industrial insulation, fabrication, construction, or related technical environment
- 35 years experience in branch management / operations / site management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Valid Drivers License & willingness to travel locally when required
