Essential requirements:
Valid Drivers License 
3-5 year experience in a service supervisory or service management capacity
Prior experience in a dealership environment essential

Duties and responsivities:
The ability to lead, mentor and develop a team of service technician in the service department
The capability to effectively organism tasks and oversee the service department work flow to ensure delaines are met
In-depth knowledge of passenger and commercial vehicle maintenance, repair and servicing
Strong administrative and financial skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Quality control and attention to detail
Strong reporting skills
