Operations Manager / Facilities Manager / Key Acco

IWESCO (Pty) Ltd is a fast growing, national cleaning company. We are currently recruiting for a Operations Manager for our Stellenbosch offices. *JOB DESCRIPTION:* * Building professional *relationships with customers *through site visits, good communication and service delivery. * Recruitment, placement and training of cleaning staff. * Manage and maintain superior *cleaning quality standards and protocols *as laid down by the company * Control and administration of staff *time & attendance and discipline* * Employee management. * Management of company assets / machinery. * *Motivation and training of staff *in the proper use of equipment and cleaning methodologies * Administration of claims, casual wages etc. * Quality control. * Generating additional income through selling additional services to customers * Some cleaning services are provided 24/7 and might require management attention from time to time. * At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions. *EXPERIENCE* * Working experience in the *CLEANING* industry will be a preffered but not essential. * Must have *hygiene* and *cleaning* knowledge. * Have a valid unendorsed driver’s license. * Computer literate. * Fluent in English and Afrikaans * Well organized. * Committed and willing to make occasional personal sacrifices to meet deadlines. * Able to motivate staff. * Problem solving ability R15 000.00 - R16 500.00 per month *EXPERIENCE* * Working experience in the *CLEANING* industry will be a preffered but not essential. * Must have *hygiene* and *cleaning* knowledge. * Have a valid unendorsed driver’s license. * Computer literate. * Fluent in English and Afrikaans * Well organized. * Committed and willing to make occasional personal sacrifices to meet deadlines. * Able to motivate staff. * Problem solving ability
