Main Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations
  • Manage branch fleet, inventory, supplies and equipment
  • Handle customers complaints and feedback
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients
  • Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
  • Gather useful information from customer
  • Identify and research potential clients
Qualification and Experience:

  • Grade 12
  • Previous experience in managing of staff
  • Previous working experience in the rubber Industry (Advantageous).

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

  • Demonstrated ability in business-to-business sales
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to influence and negotiate with others
  • Familiarity with the industry/Rubber/Mining
  • Computer skills Word/Excel/Outlook
  • Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions
  • Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients
  • Basic understanding of Health and Safety
  • Must reside in the Gauteng area
