Retail Store Manager

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Diploma in Business Administration / Sales / Marketing (advantageous)
• Minimum 5 years retail experience
• At least 23 years in a supervisory / management role
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales management

• Manage daily store operations to achieve sales and profitability targets
• Ensure high levels of customer service and customer satisfaction
• Monitor stock levels, merchandising, and inventory control
• Implement sales and marketing strategies to grow the business
• Supervise, train, and manage store employees
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and legal requirements
• Monitor store expenses and control costs within budget
• Maintain accurate reports and operational records
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
