Maintenance Manager

A well-established company is seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and efficiency of all equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement preventative maintenance schedules

• Schedule personnel and equipment efficiently

• Perform routine maintenance inspections

• Maintain housekeeping of equipment and machinery

• Ensure work areas are clean and safe at all times

• Provide technical advice, support, and professional consultation

• Resolve internal and external customer queries

• Liaise with contractors to obtain quotes and secure approval from the Operations Manager

• Oversee and approve work performed by contractors

• Perform filing and maintain accurate records of maintenance documentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience in maintenance management

• Knowledge of boilermaking, fitting, and basic electrical work

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Ability to liaise effectively with contractors and internal teams

• Knowledge of safety standards and maintenance best practices
