Description
Our client is seeking a Quality Controller to join their team in Groblersdal.
Key Responsibilities:
Dive deep into the world of fruit quality, monitoring from orchard to packing stage.
Champion weekly packing instructions to ensure top-notch standards.
Conduct daily QC inspections with precision and expertise.
Capture stunning marketing photos to showcase our produce at its best.
Manage packing material stock like a pro, ensuring seamless deliveries.
Requirements:
2 yearsâ?? experience in quality control or production, ideally within the fruit export sector (Citrus experience preferred).
A natural eye for detail â?? nothing escapes your scrutiny!
Fluent in both Afrikaans and English, facilitating smooth communication.
Tech-savvy with solid computer literacy skills.
A preference for following due process and protocols to uphold quality standards.
Familiarity with customer and market quality standards is a plus.
Excellent communication skills to convey insights clearly and effectively.

As a Cable Bolter Operator, you will be *responsible for drilling support holes in the hanging wall *according to plan and operational requirements.
* Take over/ hand over shift from off/on-going bolter operator, attend to any abnormalities first, and then report to the supervisor to receive further instructions.
* Perform visual Inspections of equipment before, and during operation according to departmental procedure to minimise breakdowns and operational losses by the timeous reporting of defects / abnormalities to Supervisor.

* Previous operation of a *Sandwich DS 421 Cable Bolter will be advantageous*
* Sound knowledge and experience of:
* Underground mining practices and operations
* Underground drilling knowledge and skills
* Safety, Health and Environmental Legislation and standards applicable to underground mining
* *MUST HAVE Grade 12 / N3 / Equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification*
* *Competent B certificate*
* *Code B Driver’s License*
* Minimum of 2 year’s *practical experience of operating a cable bolter* in a *Trackless underground mining* environment
