Description
The key purpose is to maximize profitable sales growth by enhancing existing relationships, developing and creating value across the various functions and levels of the customer organization and to introduce and develop new contacts.   By using industry thought leadership and customer insight, they must develop and grow the awareness of the company, position as an invaluable supplier and grow the company share of customer spend.    The Internal Key Account Manager ensures alignment with internal and external business partners to meet customer service needs.   The role is based internal and covers customers nationally * *Matric* * *At least 3 to 5 years successful sales experience ideally within in a business-to-business solution-selling and account growth environment * * *Relevant commercial and/or technical qualification Desirable: Relevant 3-year tertiary qualification in business or related to technical innovation (Mechatronics, IOT, Research, Science, Electronics)* * Developed business and commercial acumen * Digitally capable * *SAP CRM experience would be beneficial * * Familiar with value led sales techniques * Mathematical capability and confidence in financial calculations * Developed business and commercial acumen * Digitally capable * *SAP CRM experience would be beneficial * * Familiar with value led sales techniques * Mathematical capability and confidence in financial calculations
