Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties to ensure adherence to Process specifications
- Maintain documentation of a variety of inventories and activities
- Ensure the application and adherence to the administrative systems and procedures
- Execute daily schedules for Maintenance and Production
- Operate process according to standard operating procedure
- Manage the assigned process area
- Ensure process quality and productivity
- Ensure and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Coordinate autonomous maintenance
- Ahere to basic hygiene and food safety related activities and rules as per policies
- Actively participate in shift meetings
- Constantly review process performance against target and recording short stops and correcting anu out of controls
- Maintain all equipment and tools
- Cooperate with maintenance department on large sale maintenance performances
- Support manufacturing excellence initiatives and routines
- Contribute to self and team development
- Ensure SICs are updated as per the required standard
- Ensure utilization of the Quick Fix Route and Why Whys as required
- Ensure maximum process performance in the work area
- Collaborate and communicate effectively in the workplace with all teams in all departments and leadership staff
