- Have at least a minimum of 3 years' working experience in infrastructure development-related projects
- Knowledge in relevant rules, regulations and quality standards

- Attending client's projects briefs and assist with preparation of project specifications
- Assist with preparation of Feasibility Studies and Technical Reports
- Liaise with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor and advise contractors and on-site personnel
