Vehicle Fleet Sales Executive
Reason for Reporting
We have a vacancy for a Vehicle Fleet Sales Executive with a large, fast-selling branded dealership in Johannesburg.
Duties and responsibilities: Prospect and secure new fleet clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation; Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate and fleet accounts; Conduct fleet needs analysis and offer tailored vehicle solutions; Structure and present finance, leasing, and maintenance plan options; Coordinate test drives and manage the full sales process from enquiry to delivery; Handle all relevant administrative documentation; Ensure high levels of customer service and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fleet or corporate vehicle sales
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding monthly fleet sales targets.
- Experience in sales within fast selling brands or premium brands like Suzuki, Toyota, VW, etc.
- Excellent B2B communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of vehicle financing and leasing structures.
- Experience in a fast-moving or premium brand dealership environment preferred.
- Valid South African driver’s license.
- Clear criminal record.
- Grade 12 or equivalent
