Experience and Skills:
Key Responsibilities:
- Min of 3 years experience selling valves and/or actuators is essential.
- Must have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Must have a network of end users in the mining industry, ideally within French Speaking African Countries
- Ability to secure projects and MRO business with new potential clients and secure vendor listings
- French speaking will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through strategic processes, not just by waiting for orders
- Conduct thorough research on potential customers to identify key decision-makers, operations, and challenges
- Engage customers in the initial outreach, clearly communicating how our products can help them achieve their business goals
- Follow up effectively to secure meetings and advance the sales process
- Deliver persuasive presentations that align our product offerings with the customers specific needs
- Proactively managing the sales process, identifying and addressing potential blockers
- Understand business fundamentals to ensure sales efforts are financially beneficial for both parties
