Role Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by identifying, engaging, and winning new business across allocated region
• Conduct site visits to assess client needs and propose suitable capital equipment solutions
• Manage existing accounts to maximise repeat business and longâ??term partnerships
• Collaborate with technical specialists to prepare accurate proposals and product configurations
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and client presentations
• Track market trends, identify gaps, and contribute to strategic sales planning
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent pipeline management

Minimum Requirements

• 35 years experience selling capital equipment, industrial machinery, or engineering solutions
• Strong technical acumen able to understand equipment specifications and applications
• Proven success in new business development and territory management
• Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel within region
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipâ??building skills
• Selfâ??managed, targetâ??driven, and strategic in approach

Qualifications (advantageous):

• Mechanical/Electrical technical background or certificate
• Salesâ??related qualification
