Senior Proposal Engineer

-Lead and mentor a team of Proposal Engineers to deliver high-quality technical and commercial proposals for HV substation OHL projects.

-Develop and implement winning proposal strategies, identifying key differentiators and positioning for success.

-Oversee the entire proposal lifecycle, from kick-off meetings to budget management and post-bid analysis.

-Collaborate across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Finance, and Legal teams.

-Build strong client relationships and support contract negotiations.

ð??? What You Bring:

-BSc or BTech in Electrical Engineering.

-3-5 years of experience in proposal preparation and management for HV substation EPC projects.

-Deep understanding of HV substation design, equipment, and construction practices.

-Proficiency in MS Office and PDF software; Candy system experience is a plus!

-Strong commercial/project management acumen and knowledge of contract types.

-Exceptional leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
