Senior Project Manager (Utilities)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management of utility-related installations and upgrades (steam, water, compressed air, cooling systems, etc.)
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and construction
• Ensure all utility systems comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Report project progress to senior stakeholders and manage project risks proactively
• Manage contractors and service providers to ensure quality, timelines, and costs are controlled

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree or National Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• 5+ years' experience in project management within utilities or processing environments
• Strong knowledge of utility systems including HVAC, water treatment, boilers, and compressors
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working within highly regulated industries (e.g., food, pharma, chemical) advantageous
• PMP or relevant project management certification preferred
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to sites when required
