Senior Project Engineer

Minimum Requirements:

• BEng Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 8+ years experience in a project engineering role
• Proven experience in costing, budgeting, and commercial project control
• Strong background in commissioning and project handover
• Experience within industrial/process plants (e.g., manufacturing, petrochemical, water treatment, energy, or similar sectors)
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from concept through to commissioning and close-out
• Develop detailed project cost estimates and manage budgets
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and suppliers
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Prepare technical and commercial documentation
• Provide regular progress reporting to stakeholders
