The Senior Mechanical Project Engineer will be responsible for leading the mechanical design, engineering, and integration of modular process plants from concept through commissioning.

You will manage engineering deliverables, engage in multi-disciplinary coordination, participate in design reviews and risk assessments, and support fabrication and site execution activities.

Key functions include reviewing engineering calculations and drawings, assisting with equipment specification, engaging with vendors, supporting QA/QC, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and guiding junior engineers.

The role demands precision, leadership, and strong experience across modular plant design, pressure systems, piping, and rotating equipment.

Education:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (nonâ??negotiable)
• Additional engineering or project management certifications beneficial

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum 8 years experience in EPC, EPCM, or EPS engineering environments
• Strong experience with:
  • Pressure vessels
  • Piping systems
  • Rotating equipment
  • Modular plant design
• Proficiency in 3D CAD systems and mechanical modelling
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes and modular integration
• Ability to conduct and review engineering calculations
• Experience in multi-disciplinary project coordination
• Strong communication, leadership, and problemâ??solving abilities
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and engineering discipline
• Willingness to support onsite work, commissioning, and installation when required
