Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion
  • Oversee design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and components
  • Conduct technical reviews, calculations, and feasibility studies
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technicians
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues
Requirements:
  • BEng / BSc / BTech in Mechanical Engineering
  • Registered as a Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) or eligible for registration (advantageous)
  • Minimum 810 years experience in mechanical engineering
  • Strong project management and leadership experience
  • Proficiency in relevant CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Valid drivers license
