Key Responsibilities
  • System Design & Architecture: Lead the conceptual and detailed design of electrical systems (HV/MV/LV), including power distribution, control systems, and renewable energy integration (BESS/Solar).
  • Project Leadership: Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial feasibility studies and load calculations to final commissioning and site handover.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and approve electrical deliverables, including schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Mentorship: Supervise and mentor junior and intermediate engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
  • Interdisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate with mechanical, structural, and software teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, such as AI-enabled design tools and smart grid integration, to improve engineering workflows.

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: 812+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering (industrial, commercial, or utility-scale).
  • Professional Status: Professional Engineer (PE) or Pr.Eng registration is highly preferred/required.
  • Software Mastery: Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical, Revit, ETAP, MATLAB, or Digisilent.
  • Technical Depth: Extensive knowledge of power system protection, circuit design, and EMI/EMC standards.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and client-facing communication skills.
