What You'll Be Doing:
- Pro-actively identify and source new customers within the mining and rail industries.
- Travel across South Africa and Africa to present technical products and services.
- Set up high-level meetings and technical demos with qualified industrial prospects.
- Draft comprehensive customer proposals and assist with high-value tender submissions.
- Monitor regional competitor activity and identify new emerging market segments.
- You strictly need 5-7 years of experience as an External Technical Sales Executive.
- You must possess a proven ability to explain complex technical product features.
- You need strong cold-calling and networking skills to expand the customer base.
- You must clearly show a willingness to travel extensively within the African continent.
- Knowledge of export procedures prevalent in the Sub-African Continent is highly advantageous.
