Role Overview

This is a hands-on, operational role focused on controlling and improving the full sales-to-billing process.

You will sit between Sales, Finance, and Systems, ensuring that contracts, rates, and invoicing are accurate, processes are followed, and systems are working as they should. The role involves identifying inefficiencies, fixing process gaps, improving system usage, and ensuring revenue is correctly captured and billed.

You will also take ownership of system improvements, user training, and enforcing process discipline across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Billing Process Control
  • Validate contracts, rates, and billing accuracy across multiple platforms
  • Identify and resolve revenue leakage, missing charges, and invoicing gaps
  • Monitor sales activities to ensure correct process flow from input to invoicing
  • Follow up on outstanding charges, credits, and discrepancies
Systems & Data Management
  • Act as a key user on CRM and operational systems (including Salesforce and internal platforms)
  • Maintain data accuracy across systems and ensure alignment between platforms
  • Test system updates, rate changes, and process improvements before rollout
  • Perform ongoing system clean-ups and data integrity checks
Process Improvement & Optimisation
  • Identify inefficiencies across sales and operational workflows
  • Drive automation and process improvements to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs
  • Measure and report on process performance and improvements
Sales Support & Reporting
  • Prepare sales and operational reports for management
  • Support sales teams with contract accuracy, pricing, and system usage
  • Assist with complex contract structures and billing scenarios
  • Ensure consistent processes are followed across all branches
Training & System Adoption
  • Train users on systems and processes
  • Provide ongoing support and retraining where needed
  • Develop training material and enforce system usage standards

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or similar
  • Proven experience in a sales operations, commercial, or process-driven role
