Role Overview:
The Regional Technical Manager will lead and coordinate all technical, engineering, and facilities functions across several hospital sites. This senior role ensures optimal performance of medical and non-medical equipment, infrastructure reliability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in technical services.

The Regional Technical Manager will lead and coordinate all technical, engineering, and facilities functions across several hospital sites. This senior role ensures optimal performance of medical and non-medical equipment, infrastructure reliability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in technical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for technical operations across multiple hospitals.
- Oversee maintenance of critical hospital infrastructure, utilities, and engineering systems.
- Manage biomedical equipment upkeep, performance, and lifecycle planning.
- Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulatory standards and safety requirements.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary technical team, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Manage technical budgets, procurement, vendor relationships, and service contracts.
- Support expansion projects, renovations, and new technology installations.
- Drive operational efficiency, sustainability initiatives, and risk-reduction strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, or a related field).
- GCC Factories.
- 7+ years of technical or engineering management experience, preferably in healthcare or large facilities.
- Strong knowledge of hospital infrastructure systems and medical equipment.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-site technical teams.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
