The role will be essential in increasing sales, developing innovative products and solutions, and building strong client relationships. As a key member of the team, the Business Development Engineer will be responsible for creating and executing effective sales strategies. Technical knowledge, especially in product design and development, will be an advantage.Qualifications:Degree or equivalent qualification.Minimum of 85% average in matric (Non-negotiable).Experience:No prior work experience required.Key Responsibilities:Promote the companys products/services to meet or anticipate client needs.Prepare sales contracts in compliance with legal guidelines.Set goals for business growth and development, ensuring they are achieved.Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and travel itineraries.Provide reliable feedback and offer after-sales support to clients.Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on financial success and customer satisfaction.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.Reach out to potential clients to expand the network and schedule meetings (both domestic and international).Explore new markets and enhance sales performance.Develop and manage marketing initiatives.Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to stay updated and expand networks.Additional Information:Willingness to work beyond regular office hours depending on workload and international time zones.Market-related remuneration based on qualifications and experience.Experience in sales, marketing, or related fields is advantageous.Must be open to international travel.Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must.Own reliable transport is required.Preferred age range: 2328 years old.Bilingualism is preferred.For recent graduates with exceptional matric results and a passion for growing their career in a dynamic global environment, this is the perfect opportunity to make a significant impact.
