Production Manager

What You'll Be Doing:

• Create weekly production plans and manage active factory staff schedules accurately.
• Forecast essential material needs to proactively prevent workshop stock shortages daily.
• Oversee the safe industrial mixing of polyurethane and epoxy resins continuously.
• Monitor output quality strictly for every manufactured electrical cable joint kit.
• Solve technical factory floor issues immediately using a hands-on management approach.

Experience & Qualifications:

• You must possess a completed Diploma in Production Management or technical equivalent.
• You strictly need a valid Health and Safety certification for compliance.
• You must show proven daily experience managing a busy industrial manufacturing workshop.
• You need a strong proven ability to apply South African Labour Law confidently.
• You must confidently manage daily machine repairs and formal preventative maintenance schedules.
