Roles and ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate all TMM maintenance and repair activities.Ensure optimal equipment availability to support production targets.Enforce compliance with safety regulations, mining legislation, and company procedures.Plan and oversee preventative and breakdown maintenance schedules.Allocate tasks and manage performance of artisans, technicians, and assistants.Conduct inspections to ensure quality of workmanship and adherence to OEM standards.Monitor equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities.Liaise with production and engineering teams to minimise downtime.Manage spares, tools, and maintenance resources effectively.Investigate breakdowns, incidents, and equipment failures, implementing corrective actions.Maintain accurate records, reports, and maintenance documentation.Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.Ensure compliance with PPE and housekeeping standards.Support training and development of maintenance team members.
