- Sell the maximum number of new cars
- Manage client relationships through effective use of the lead and data management system (CMS).
- Contribute to the planning and execution of sales strategies that drive dealership growth and profitability.
- Consistently achieve and exceed new vehicle sales targets.
- Support the performance of Parts, Service, and F&I departments by aligning with dealership-wide goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to support a culture of service excellence.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations by ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service standards across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and track key CMS performance metrics, including:
- Lead management
- Online traffic platforms (OTPs)
- Finance applications
- Test drives and demo bookings
- Deal closures and closing ratios
- Lost deal analysis
- Quality of deal files
- Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) and other customer feedback indicators
- Must have min 5 years Automotive Car Sales experience at a franchise dealership preferably, Suzuki, Haval, Chery, Mazda, Renault
- Solid understanding of both new and used vehicle sales, aftersales operations, and F&I offerings.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of FICA, FAIS, POPIA, and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
- Proficient in MS Office and dealership-related systems.
- Familiarity with CMS or similar Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is essential.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional local language will be an advantage.
- Must have a clear criminal and credit record, subject to standard verification checks.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near the JHB CBD, for ease of access to the dealership.
- Resilience and the ability to work under pressure
- PC Literate
- Valid Drivers License

Minimum RequirementsGrade 12 with Accounting as a strong subject.BCom Finance / Accounting or relevant qualification (advantageous).Minimum 35 years experience as an Accountant or Financial Manager in the motor industry.Strong knowledge of dealership financial processes and controls.Experience on Evolve DMS is highly beneficial.Proficient in Excel and dealership accounting software.Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.Valid drivers license.
