Job Description:
- Develop and deliver detailed engineering designs for wet services, fire protection, and HVAC systems
- Prepare rational fire and sprinkler designs in accordance with project specifications
- Ensure full compliance with applicable SANS standards, including SANS 10252 (Parts 1 & 2), SANS 10400-T, and SANS 10400-P
- Design complete hydraulic systems, including booster pump installations, drainage networks, and hot water plant layout
- Minimum of 8 years proven experience in wet services engineering
- Solid technical knowledge of wet services and fire protection systems, with practical hydraulic design experience
- Experience with rational design processes will be advantageous
- Valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle required for site visits
- Eng or BSc in Mechanical Engineering
- Pr Eng obtained is highly advantageous
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
