  • Manage service, maintenance, and repair workflows from job initiation to completion and invoicing.
  • Ensure adherence to production schedules and operational KPIs using lean and PDCA methodologies.
  • Maintain compliance with internal standards and external regulatory frameworks (ISO, OHS, ASEC).
