Description
As the HVAC Project Management & New Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for both growing new business and managing multiple HVAC installation projects to successful completion. The role requires handsâ??on site management, strong client engagement, accurate costing and quoting, and full project administration skills. You will work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

- Matric
- HVAC / Refrigeration Certification
- Engineering qualification (advantageous)
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years experience within the HVAC industry
- Proven track record in HVAC project management
- Strong new business sales and tendering experience
- Ability to interpret building plans and HVAC design overlays
- Experience managing multiple sites, from single-unit to multiâ??millionâ??rand installations
- Knowledge of OHSACT and SHE requirements. Experience managing site safety files
- Strong administrative, organisational, and costâ??control skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is mandatory)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a highâ??pressure environment
- Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport
