Finance Controller

ð??? Key Responsibilities

- Manage stock control across all branches (some travel required)
- Conduct rolling stock counts and update Syspro records
- Identify and implement corrective actions after stocktakes
- Calculate and manage replenishment for international parts
- Oversee inventory at our main offâ??site warehouse
- Support the import clearing process
- Process returns to foreign suppliers
- Maintain minimum stock levels and create stock codes
- Assist with financeâ??related inventory management and special projects
- Uphold company values: Ethics, Integrity, Quality

ð??? Qualifications & Skills

- Matric (financeâ??related qualification is a plus)
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- High energy and strong customerâ??service mindset
- Code 8 drivers licence
- Advanced Excel & strong Word proficiency
- Syspro experience an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Accuracy with figures and strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage pressure

- English (written & spoken)
- Afrikaans (spoken)

Basic salary up to R 24 000 per month.(Depending on experience).
Provident fund of 7% (Company)
Can belong to medical aid , Discovery , 50 % shared by Company to maximum of R 2400
