Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all Electrical and Instrumentation activities across projects and site operationsOversee the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of E&I systems for mining and mineral processing plantsProvide technical leadership on PLC, HMI, and control panel design and implementationManage field service teams during site execution, shutdowns, refurbishments, and plant upgradesEnsure safe and compliant commissioning of equipment such as ball mills, scrubbers, vibrating screens, conveyors, and reagent plantsAct as the primary technical escalation point for E&I faults, optimisation, and plant performance issuesCoordinate with mechanical, process, and project teams to ensure integrated plant deliveryEnsure compliance with electrical standards, instrumentation specifications, and site safety requirementsReview technical documentation, drawings, and commissioning proceduresSupport continuous improvement initiatives across E&I systems and site practicesExperience and QualificationsProven experience in Electrical and Instrumentation engineering or management within mining or mineral processing environmentsStrong field service and site-based commissioning experienceHands-on experience with PLC and HMI systems and control panel designDemonstrated experience commissioning mineral processing equipment such as ball mills, scrubbers, conveyors, vibrating screens, and reagent plantsExperience leading or supervising E&I technicians, engineers, or contractors on siteAbility to operate effectively in remote, high-pressure site environments, including international sitesBEng or Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
