- Identify and develop new business opportunities in solar, BESS, and renewable energy solutions
- Build and manage relationships with C&I clients, developers, EPCs, and strategic partners
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to financial close
- Develop and present compelling commercial proposals and financial models
- Conduct feasibility assessments and coordinate with engineering teams
- Negotiate contracts, PPAs, and commercial agreements
- Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity
- Achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets
ð??¯ Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Energy, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years experience in renewable energy business development or energy sales
- Strong knowledge of solar PV, BESS, and power purchase agreements (PPAs)
- Proven track record of closing large-scale C&I or utility energy projects
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of project finance structures
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel nationally
