Business Developer

This is a high-impact role suited to a results-oriented professional with strong technical understanding and proven sales performance in the energy sector.

â?¡ Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in solar, BESS, and renewable energy solutions
• Build and manage relationships with C&I clients, developers, EPCs, and strategic partners
• Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to financial close
• Develop and present compelling commercial proposals and financial models
• Conduct feasibility assessments and coordinate with engineering teams
• Negotiate contracts, PPAs, and commercial agreements
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity
• Achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets

ð??¯ Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Energy, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years experience in renewable energy business development or energy sales
• Strong knowledge of solar PV, BESS, and power purchase agreements (PPAs)
• Proven track record of closing large-scale C&I or utility energy projects
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of project finance structures
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel nationally
