Description
Skills, Knowledge, experience and talents required for this role:
- 1-3 years experience in operation/fabrication/production and project coordination.
- Good people management and coaching potential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with STRUMIS will be advantageous.
- Assist with project handover, planning and scheduling.
- Support the delivery of projects on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
- Help manage scope, variations, risks, delays and contractual notifications.
- Support, budget tracking, invoicing and supplier validation.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Promote safety, quality and compliance across project activities.
- Support projects teams, including tracking performance and development.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting using ERP systems (STRUMIS).
