Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor / Team Leader or in a similar leadership role in manufacturing
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and production schedules
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring productivity and teamwork
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- [Degree/Diploma/Certificate] in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred)
- Valid drivers license and own transport (preferred).
- [Any specific certifications if applicable, e.g., First Aid, Health & Safety]
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities, ensuring safe and effective operations.
- Manage a team of production workers, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
- Ensure adherence to manufacturing schedules and deadlines.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure product standards are met.
- Monitor the usage of materials, tools, and machinery to minimize waste.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and safety inspections.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Maintenance, Logistics) for smooth operations.
- Report on site performance to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement.
