· Manage the Process modelling
· Management and improvement of workflow
· Process monitoring and improvement
· Process baselining and measuring
· Process benchmarking
· Process landscape maintenance (functional networks)
· Engage Business regarding functional capabilities
· Manage Workflow log analysis
· Adhere to Quality assurance and compliance
· Advance workflow system development: Write specifications for- and testing of- and manage roll outs
· Supervise, guide, and mentor junior Process Engineers
· Take ownership of personal development and upskilling initiatives
· Create and manage delivery plans and targets
· Reports on the performance of the team
*Qualifications:*
· B.Eng. / B.Sc. in Industrial-, or Mechanical Engineering, or similar
*Skills/Experience:*
· MS Excel, Visio, MSWord and MS PowerPoint experience is a pre-requisite
· Experience in any formal process aware information systems will be an advantage
· Up to 8 years practical experience in industrial engineering or similar process management disciplines
