Responsibilities:
- Provide daily IT hardware and software support for users across branches
- Support systems such as Vision, Workstations, Backup, Printing, basic networking & Microsoft applications
- Assist operational teams with WMS, Office 365, Antivirus, Windows, and branch POS/Back Office (Vision Pro) systems
- Monitor ICT infrastructure and ensure speedy troubleshooting & resolution
- Maintain and update the Asset Register, user configurations, and technical documentation
- Deploy and maintain Firewall and network configurations
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, change control practices, and security protocols
- Matric with Mathematics
- 2+ years experience in IT system setup and configuration
- L1 level knowledge in:
- LAN, WAN, Wireless
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- Phones & Printers
- Remote Support
- Hardware & Software maintenance
- Solid understanding of Microsoft environments, endpoint security, and desktop support
- Strong client interaction experience
- An excellent communicator (written & verbal)
- Analytical with strong problem-solving ability
- Highly organised with flawless attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proactive with strong ownership and follow-up skills
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
