NOW HIRING: VEHICLE DAMAGE ESTIMATOR

Are you sharp with numbers, confident with clients, and experienced in vehicle repairs? Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing team and drive accurate, efficient, and relationship-focused repair processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with insurance companies, brokers, and vehicle owners regarding damaged vehicle repairs
• Conduct daily estimates of labour and parts for all incoming jobs
• Review repair cost estimates with the Operations Manager and Ops Team
• Assess and advise on the feasibility of repairs vs. replacement (e.g. bumpers, fenders, doors)
• Take full ownership of the costing process, working closely with the Admin Team
• Utilize systems such as Audatex and Abuntex for accurate estimating
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance assessors and partners
• Consistently follow up on quotes to improve conversion and turnaround times

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience in vehicle estimating or panel beating environment
• Strong technical understanding of vehicle repairs and parts
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets
• High attention to detail and accountability
