- Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate site records, and report to management.
- Plan and allocate resources efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Assist with site measurements, quality checks, and final handovers.
Requirements:
- Matric
- Minimum 5 yearsâ?? experience as a Site Supervisor in an engineering or construction environment.
- Trade qualification or relevant technical diploma (Mechanical or Civil background advantageous).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams and maintain high-quality standards.
- Valid driverâ??s licence and willingness to travel to various sites as required.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations (SHEQ).
