Job Description
- Design and develop innovative components and systems using SOLIDWORKS, applying FEA analysis for performance and durability
- Develop, test, and refine prototypes to ensure robust and reliable solutions
- Conduct assessments in real-world settings to validate and improve designs
- Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and manufacturable
- Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to optimize solutions
- Take projects from initial concept through to product launch, meeting timelines and targets
- 510 years experience in mechanical or mechatronic design; experience in agriculture is an advantage
- Strong expertise in SOLIDWORKS and FEA analysis
- Ability to balance the bigger picture with meticulous attention to detail
- Energetic, positive, and solution-oriented; able to solve complex design challenges creatively
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering projects to completion
- Comfortable working in multi-disciplinary teams
- BEng or BTech in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering (minimum requirement)
