This is an architectural company that does residential projects
Job Description
Your responsibilities will be the following:
- Create and develop architectural designs for various projects
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements
- Produce detailed drawings and specifications
- Provide guidance and quality-control support to junior and/or implementation peers.
Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Architecture
- SACAP Professional registration
Skills
- A minimum of 8+ years with solid, evidential, experience in taking a project through to completion (all Work stages)
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD preferred, but not a deal breaker (you would need to be willing to learn)
- Strong understanding of all the architectural Work stage
