Key Responsibilities:
- Sell new and/or used vehicles to customers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales and leads
- Following up on leads and generating new business opportunities
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Valid drivers license (essential)
- Proven sales experience (automotive industry advantageous)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented and professional
- Ability to work weekends and extended hours
