Planning Clerk (Diamond Mining Plant (DMS) Angola

Maintenance Planning & Admin

• Capture breakdowns, repairs, and maintain accurate equipment histories

• Create, issue, and close work orders per maintenance schedules

• File and control job cards and maintenance documentation

Procurement & Inventory

• Obtain quotations and raise purchase requisitions

• Manage spares, consumables, and material inventory levels

• Coordinate delivery and distribution of parts to prevent downtime

Production & Scheduling

• Distribute maintenance plans, work orders, and production schedules

• Review labour and material requirements

• Record and report production and material usage data

Coordination, Reporting & Compliance

• Liaise with site teams, vendors, and contractors

• Compile and distribute maintenance and production reports

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards

• Perform additional duties as required by management

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a planning, clerical, or maintenance administration role within a mining or processing plant environment

• Experience working with maintenance management systems (CMMS)
