Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in mechanical design, product development, and project support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of mechanical components and systems
- Produce detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor)
- Support senior engineers with design calculations and technical documentation
- Participate in design reviews and project meetings
- Assist with prototype development and testing
- Ensure designs comply with relevant standards and specifications
- Collaborate with manufacturing and procurement teams
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 02 years experience in a design or engineering role
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks / AutoCAD / Inventor)
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
