- 35 years experience in Exports / Logistics / Supply Chain / Shipping
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and customs processes
- Experience working with SAP (essential)
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, reporting)
- Knowledge of Incoterms and SARS export compliance
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Plan and coordinate export shipments via road, rail, sea, or air
- Prepare and manage export documentation and customs records
- Capture and process export orders on SAP
- Liaise with warehouse, transporters, and customers regarding shipments
- Monitor deliveries and provide regular status updates to clients
- Ensure compliance with SARS, Incoterms, and export regulations
- Maintain accurate shipping records and archive documentation
- Assist with customer queries, reporting, and export administration
- Support export planning, forecasting, and age analysis meetings
