Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) / N3
- 5+ Years of Specific Surface Mining Experience: Prioritized in Iron Ore drilling
- Dual Statutory Certification: Possession of both a Surface Mine Foreman Certificate of Competency and a valid Surface Blasting Ticket
- Formal Supervisory Education: Completion of an accredited First-Line Manager Development Program or vocational equivalent (e.g., NQF Level 5)
- Digital Competency: Documented literacy in utilizing and supervising automated drill rigs and interpreting outputs from blast design software
- Production experience
- Exploratory experience
- L8 & RC Drill experience
- Sampling and Staking experience
- Valid Code B Drivers License
