Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Formal certification in Social Media Marketing and/or Digital Content Strategy (advantageous but preferred where industry-specific).
- Minimum of 35 years demonstrable experience in social media content creation and digital brand management.
- Proven track record of managing and growing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, or relevant platforms).
- Portfolio of published work demonstrating high-quality content creation (visual, written, and/or video).
- Portfolio or examples of social media accounts managed
- Examples of content created (video, visual and written), including any use of AI tools
- Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut, Canva, Final Cut Pro or similar)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
