Looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage scheduling, invoicing, and stock in a fast-paced service department.

What Youll Do:

  • Schedule maintenance and installation calls
  • Prepare quotes & daily invoices
  • Manage stock & resolve discrepancies
  • Communicate with clients & technical staff
  • Support special projects and planning

What Were Looking For:

  • Matric + 5 years relevant experience
  • Invoicing/financial experience
  • Client service & stock management skills
  • Strong Excel & MS Office knowledge
  • CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
  • Excellent communication & attention to detail
  • Clear criminal & credit record
  • Based in Roodepoort
