Key ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service via Outbound calls and email
Collect documents from customers (KYC)
Capture, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Assist general administrative tasks
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and data accuracy
Strong communication skills with great English accent (verbal and written)
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
