General Details
Description
Duties:
- Monitoring online platforms for tickets to then plan and arrange maintenance or installation calls.
- Create quotes and daily invoicing of work completed
- Stock management of technical staff reporting employee by reconning the stock and resolve any variances.
- Daily client communication
- Dealing with ad hoc client requests for services to be rendered and planning accordingly.
- Assist with planning of special projects and scheduling according to the project plan
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- 5 years experience in similar role
- Relevant financial experience related to invoicing
- Relevant client service experience
- Stock management experience
- Attention to detail
- Excellent Communication skills
- MS Office with good Excel skills
- Experience working on CRM system preferably Microsoft Dynamics
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Position based in Roodepoort
Remuneration:
- Basic Salary: R25 000 negotiable depending on experience
- Medical Aid Contribution
- Provident Fund
- 13th Cheque in Birthday Month
- Discretionary Performance Bonus in December
