Minimum Skills and Requirements:
  • Completed Matric Certificate
  • 3+ years experience in an administrative role relevant to claims or similar functions
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Valid drivers license
  • Excellent written, email, and telephonic communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate would be required, but not limited to;
  • Assume responsibility of opening claims
  • Negotiating fair repair costs
  • Notifying clients immediately of any damages or recharges
  • Requesting and coordinating quotations from suppliers
  • Arranging vehicle repairs
  • Invoicing clients
  • Providing support to the operations team
  • Handling cash hires and defleets
  • Managing month-end non-revenue processes
